CubeSmart Self Storage — Local services in Worth Township

I became a customer of their site at: 12400 S Western Ave, Blue Island, IL. I was assisted by a wonderful young woman named, Tani January-Ross. I was so pleasantly surprised to learn that she was the manager. The reason that I was surprised was because of her poise, grace, kindness, respect, and patience that she showed me that was way beyond her years. She had her instructional information down pat, and was easy to understand without being condescending, and was able to answer any and every question I threw her way. She went over and beyond her duty when after the tour, I received some upsetting news by phone, and she helped me with some information I needed. I really believed that if she was able to, she would have gave me a hug. But even tho she couldn't, I could hear and feel the empathy in her voice. Tani represents herself, her generation, and Cubesmart so well. I rarely do this, but I would be more than happy to recommend this site, mostly because of her. This area, (inside and outside) is not only super clean, but is just beautifully decorated, and of course well ran. And most of all, it's obvious that Tani runs a tight ship, and and as far as I can tell, (and I good at telling) is definitely COVID-19 safety compliant. The entire process was quick yet thorough, with everything clearly explained, making it completely stress-free.A special shoutout to Edward in the office he was amazing! Originally, I was taken care of by Stacey who is so amazing and helpful. She took time out of her day to show me the unit and helped me figure out which size would work better for me. We chatted for a long time and it was a fun experience. Unfortunately, at the time I was unable to get the unit, but I came back in 2 weeks and Edward was able to pick up exactly where Stacey left off with zero complications. Edward explained the whole process, including pricing and he also took time out to show me another unit that was perfect for my needs.
