Very satisfied everytime I come here. But today especially Bridget took the time to show me another product similar to the one I was purchasing that saved me more then half the price and in my opinion it was very good live rosin I just got home and tried it and made my day off just that better. So I appreciate that, as for all the other staff they are very welcoming and super helpful. Even to a veteran like myself 😁 To the higher ups all I could recommend for this place is to make the inventory for the concentrates bigger, or change the product. All the wax I have gotten from you guys has been a very good choice as taste and potency. But get more live rosin,diamonds etc if possible but overall I give this place a 10/10 I saved 40% today and used some points I had so I was supposed to pay 67 with tax and she helped me walk out paying $35. Super disappointed in my 1st experience I had in this store. Antron (Twan) literally threw my ID back at me during our transaction after a simple misunderstanding of the name on the order(Liv Vs. Olivia). He then claimed he was just rushing to get my order out when I brought it to his attention. He never apologized for throwing my ID but he kept boasting about how spot on his customer service is…when he very clearly missed it by a mile. I was also supposed to get an Enliven product for $.01 with my NGW purchase (as advertised on the website). He didn’t follow through with the offer at the POS because he was too busy rolling eyes/huffing puffing like a child. If you want a smooth experience where your bud tenders are respectful, helpful, and value the customer experience…literally go...

I was the first customer on the grand opening Dec. 9 2023 and I was so pleased that I had to write a review. The staff that helped me was Daphne and Twan. It seemed like they were new at this type of retail but they were nice and Daphne new a lot about the products she pointed out for me. 5 stars for a great day. The kicker was the glass blowing for me though. It was totally cool they had Otto's LLC come in and give expert instruction on blowing glass. Now that is thinking outside the box to get customers to come back again and again. I will cherish my oney that I made that day. The only thing though is that I asked as many people I could about getting a job growing for a company but no one could give me any info. Would love to know because I need a job...
