I went to this Walgreens to fill my prescription out of connivence due to my husband working nearby the pharmacy staff here is lazy unconventional and lack common sense in my opinion so I went right before 5 to get prescriptions filled from having and allergic reaction to a bee sting that nearly killed me for some reason they didn’t e see the urgency in filling my prescription and I was told it couldn’t be filled until tomorrow due to them closing by 8 which they had over 3 hrs to fill before closing. It was 3 people helping one person in the window which made no sense again fine I hope for the best and agree to come back tomorrow upon my return at 11 the pharmacy was closed because they absently send the whole pharmacy on lunch at the same time so if I was in dyer need forget it it it had to wait until they are done with lunch mind you one of my prescriptions was 2 eppi pens in case my throat closed I’m extremely dissatisfied with the way my prescriptions were handled and the poor customer service...
Read moreI recently visited walgreens pharmacy in Hometown, for a vaccination appointment with my children. While waiting, I noticed many people requesting assistance from a Spanish-speaking pharmacist. There was only one person available, Lorena, who was incredibly helpful and dedicated. She not only assisted me with my appointment but also helped numerous others who approached her with questions in Spanish. I could see the stress she was under, trying to help everyone. It's clear that having more Spanish-speaking staff would greatly benefit your customers and alleviate some of Lorena's workload. Alternatively, considering the additional responsibilities she manages, it would be fair to compensate her extra for her efforts. I am truly thankful for her dedication and the excellent service...
Read moreWell I have to give 11of 10, to the most beautiful soul, and great costumer service to the lady call Sabrina, im gonna explains my visit to the store. I was on need of passport pictures for the next day ( they call me to give me an appointment for the next day) so she asked some lady and she said she couldn’t do it to send me to the 95th store( she was on the phone restocking the hole time laughing and having a conversation) really bad costumer service. But this great human been told me that she was able to do it, between costumers, and I sad YES.
But guest what the other lady take over and send me to the other store. It was a young afroamericano lady. Really bad...
