Panda Express — Restaurant in Worth Township

Placed my very first order at this location via the panda app. I received a message stating my order was ready for pick up and chose to pick it up through the drive thru.. got to the speaker and the employee stated it was not ready yet to please go back around the drive thru again which I was NOT going to do when the drive thru line is packed out to Cicero.. got to the second window and asked for my order and they said its not ready to pull up to the yellow line ahead which I did and it ended up causing a traffic block because there's no way for the people behind me who have already received their food to leave. I parked in the parking lot and went inside and talked to the manager and I showed her I received the txt message 40 minutes ago now that my order was ready and it was not. They didn't think to refund me or add something for my troubles.. nothing. Just a "Here you go.. sorry about that". Unfortunately that does not help the situation. I recommend the location on 95th and Melvina. Maybe in the future this location will get it together...

I have been coming to this Panda since it opened and the food used to be perfect on flavor and portions. Now the food is bland or over cooked and the associates need to learn better customer service. I was waiting on 2 mobile orders to pick up but no one acknowledged me when 3 associates were all helping one customer with their order. One of them saw me but proceeded to start ringing up the same customer until I asked her “ Do I just take my own orders?” Then she said “ohh no, we give it to you”, well then please do your job or else I will help myself and get my order faster. The food is not how it used to be the chow mein is mushy with too much cabbage and no flavor and the rest on the menu is too bland and needs more flavor. They need people who can follow the recipe so the food can have flavor and the perfect amount of noodle portion in the chow mein. I ended up throwing away half of the food because it...

I have no intentions of going back to this location ever again. I’m never eating Panda Express ever again!!! I ate almost half my plate before I grabbed the brócoli, took a bite and was about to take another bite and saw a white little worm that looked like a maggot. I’m in denial that it was a maggot. I don’t want to think about it. I spit my food out and threw all the food away. I am traumatized from this because now I don’t know if I ate other ones. It looked like it was dead in the food but Please don’t eat here. This happened like 3 nights ago. I am traumatized by this experience. I can’t eat food that I can’t see the ingredients in anymore.
