I really wanted to like this place again. Went there a few years ago and it was spectacular. Best fajitas I ever had (I even did take out). Unfortunately, this time around it was not a great experience. First, I ordered online. I ordered the steak, chicken and shrimp fajitas. Had a confirmation. I get in there and they want to charge me $28 and change when i clearly ordered on their site and the total was $21 and change. They didn't dispute it and gave it to me. Then, when I received the order, I looked it over (always check your order before leaving any restaurant!!) and it was missing the lettuce, tomatoes and avocados. I inquired about this and right away I was told it does not come with it (even tho I showed the details on their site on my phone). Was told nothing is the same anymore. Prices are way higher. Fine. I go home. Really hoping for the best but was so disappointed. All three of the meats were very overcooked. I couldn't even chew the steak. So for $21 I think I'll try another place with my family. The food overall is delicious. However, this is the second time I am there and servers charge me an 18% gratuity fee, although it’s just me and another person at the table. As a common practice, I believe gratuity should be added to a bill when there is 5 or more people in a party. I think it’s reasonable to add gratuity when they are serving a large Group since it involves more complex orders, coordination, and time overall. The menu does not state that an automatic gratuity fee will be added, regardless of The amount of people at the table. Next time I am there, I will be speaking to the owner, since he’s not there half of the time, and may not be aware of these practices. I find it very much upsetting that I had to pay over $30 in gratuity, when the service is not all that impressive...

I have been here on multiple occasions because we live a few blocks away. We were very excited when they opened because they were so close. Unfortunately, the food is not that good. I do like the soup they serve. But other than that, I can't think of a thing that stands out. Beans taste old and rice has no flavor at all. I like steak tacos and the steak doesn't have much flavor, it almost tastes like it precooked half way, the cheese enchiladas have the wrong sauce. The chips are stale. I have not had a waitress with a good attitude yet, and they really don't like you using coupons! In the winter, they don't turn the heat up because they are hot in the kitchen so we had to eat with our coats on. I finally had enough, hoping it will be better next time. I'm not...
