This was the absolute worst experience ever. We went to the restaurant for the first time for my little cousins 11th birthday. It was 8 of us we got there at 730pm and after an hour of waiting with no food we asked the waitress how much longer was our wait. The server Haley was nice she was doing the best she could. Most of us ordered seafood bags. She came back with the food maybe 15 mins later. She checked the bags and the tickets in front of us and 2 out of the 8 including my seafood bag was missing . She said they mustâve gotten the tickets mixed up. 2 others out of our party received their orders one of which was fried Twin lobster tails which were overcooked so they were untouched. The birthday girl received her seafood bag but it was missing her crab legs and her sausage that they charge extra for. Another one of our guest had a seafood bag that was overly spicy and missing items so she couldnât enjoy it. The corn that was ordered with the chicken wings was completely cold. The only thing that was okay was the fried catfish and the drinks. After all of this we had no choice but to ask for a manager. The waitress said there was no manager on duty because he stepped out and she could get another waitress they has to step in place since he wasnât there but she couldnât guarantee anything. 20 mins later they sent Shanice over and she said she would try her best to rectify the issue even though she was not a manager but she was nice. The waitress itemized the orders that were incorrect on the bill in which 6 out of the 8 were completely wrong and she said she would remove the incorrect orders but she had to have permission from the manager so she instructed us to wait for him. Now let in mind weâre tired any irritated. 20 minutes later the rude, unprofessional manager âPETERâ comes waltzing in real snug like looking as if he just came from the gym, and he was not compassionate at all. As soon as we told him what happened he started blaming the waitress Haley saying it was her fault for not checking the bags before she left the kitchen. His entire demeanor was off. Honestly if I couldâve rated my review a 0 because that is what it deserves I wouldâve . I was also told that others had been complaining all day about there orders so it mustâve been something going on with the cooks but the manager needs to take some customer service classes to. Now I would understand if maybe one of the orders was incorrect but over half of our orders were missing and this is totally unacceptable. After we all complained the manager PETER lied and said he would take care of the check ended up sending the bill by the waitress that was $313.00. I mean after all they didnât even get the birthday girls order right and they have the nerve to by charging extra for everything including sausage and the broccoli that normally comes with the seafood bag. When we first ordered we were advised that our food will take about 45 min because there were a lot of people ordering for take out and dining in. We were also advised that the kitchen was short staffed. However, We waited 2 hours for our food to arrive at our table. Not to mention we only got part of our order, so my family and I had to cancel an appetizer (that we had to ask 3x for) and also had to wait for another bag of seafood to come about 20 min later. Other familyâs who were sat after us were served before us which we couldnât understand.Our server named âINGRIDâ seemed to be intentionally screwing up our orders âforgetting to bring us our refillsâ âforgetting also the tool to crack crab legsâ after being asked multiple times kindly if we can receive it. My table only ordered 1 refill and we didnât receive it till we asked another 5 times about it. She seemed to be ignoring our requests, because she would go where the refills are, but wouldnât bring us our drinks. During the time we have been asking she was completely fine bringing other tables their orders and drinks with out a problem. We then asked another waiter if she can please give us some refills on our drinks and she was happy to help and even offered us free food for the wait that we kindly refused due to how long we were there already. While speaking with this other waiter, Ingrid then decided to bring our refills after about a total wait of 45 min when we were done eating already. Not to mention we werenât given any straws and then comes 10 min later to drop them off. After requesting for the check, we also waited another 30 minutes for it to process because she had mixed up our checks with the table next to us and had to fix it. When I finally gave my card and she brought the check, usually the server walks away as we sign and put a tip. She continuously stood by my side for a good minute as I was talking to my mother until I signed the check. I always love to tip my servers anywhere I go and I usually donât have a problem when gratuity is already included, but this experience was so bad that I didnât give anything extra and I was about to fight for the 18% that was already included bc it was an extra $25 added to the bill which she didnât deserve at all. However I didnât want to waste more time since this dinner was already 3 hours long. I completely understand that it was Motherâs Day, but if she was able to serve other customers that sat after us and bring their food and drinks to them quicker, then why didnât my table get the same treatment ?
