Chocolate Etc — Local services in Wyckoff

I had my children’s bday hosted here. There were 26 kids present with 3 teenage girls running the show. They did the best they could but they definitely should’ve had someone older and with more experience hosting the party. There was poor organization, the work was too tedious for small children with limited attention spans, there was no games/entertainment to keep the kids in line when they were waiting for the chocolates to harden. We paid extra for the chocolate pizza option which was just a joke. It was melted chocolate in a circle shape with candy the kids can dump on top. I don’t believe that warrants an upcharge. Save your money and go somewhere else...

I had an amazing experience at the chocolate store in Wyckoff! I stopped by without any expectations, simply asking if they had a chocolate car, which wasn’t available on the shelf. To my surprise, the owner went above and beyond and had my custom order ready in less than two hours! It was exactly how I envisioned it, and the attention to detail was impressive. We placed a custom order for my sisters baby shower and the day before the party we had to cancel due to the baby arriving very early. They were so understanding and accommodating during such a scary and stressful experience. Most vendors were rude and inconsiderate. Chocolate Etc. response was caring, sympathetic, and eager to help. I have enjoyed their products in the past as they are made to perfection and delicious.
