My minivan went out the night before we got our stimulus money. We need a Vehicle in our home. We are low income and do not have a ton of money. Facebook Market place was my go to for vehicles. We meant someone selling a van through there for 2900 dollars. He sent us to someone elses home he did not even know to meet us. I k ow this because the person came out before he got there and asked us what we were doing at his house. When he showed up the van was loud and dirty. I passed because I felt like he was shady and if there was something wrong with it we would not get our money backI needed a vehiclethat day because my husband had to stay home from work and my son had to stay home from school because we had no transportation. We decided to go to car dealerships and we went to Jays. He offered to get my financed but I decided to just use my savings and buy it out right. He was so friendly and cut me money off. He canceled his plans so I could run to the bank and get the rest of the cash. He transferred our plate and tital right there. He was so amazing. There was an error with the radio that needed to be fixed by calling the dealer and he gave me 50 dollars to just care care of it myself. It took me 2 minutes on the phone to get it fixed. I've been meaning to leave a review since spring but the whole incident cause me such stress and triggered quite a depressive episode I was just trying to get through it, however every experience should be shared. This last year my car unexpectedly became unreliable and I was naturally in the market for a new car on top of that I had been budgeting for my June wedding and had to make the touch choice for pull from what savings I had. As a girl with minimal knowledge about cars I've heard the speeches to avoid dealerships because they're shady and misleading but when meeting with Brandon he seemed genuinely kind and helpful. 3 weeks after buying the car I thought would solve my problems a weird noise occurred and I took it to two shops, the first one informed me I needed a whole new engine and the second told me he could make the needed repairs/replacements. I probably spent two weeks crying before making the choice to cancel my honeymoon to pay for the needed huge repairs on a car I bought about a month prior. I'm a frugal person who doesn't use a credit card and lives within her means, I've spent the last several months stressed out of my mind trying to build back up a stable savings before another unexpected...

Just looking these guys up to buy another car from them. The service and genuine care is well beyond what even the pickiest customer could expect. Nearly 3 years ago I bought my Audi from Jerry. New to the state, Jerry not only helped me understand the process of title transfer and registration, he took me to the DMV "Secretary of State" and handled it with me. I bought my car from them for a really fair price and it was immaculate detailed, almost as if I was leaving with a brand new car. They took my old car from me and gave me a fair trade value on it. Clean selection of great cars, Jerry, honest as the day is long, and a genuine smile, because he loves what he does, which doesn't include any raking over the coals.
