Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Wyoming

If I could do NO stars I would have. We just went and 2 beers, 3 items from the 5 dollar line up, & 1 large supreme & 1 large meat lovers. My meat lovers was doughy, so I sent it back & asked for thin crust (so I knew it’d be done) we waited about 15-20 after everyone else got done, I still had no pizza. We finally ask for it to go because everyone was done eating & they threw it away right in front of us!!! They said we said we never wanted it. A complete lie. They probably never made a new one in the first place! One of the girls asked our waitress what was wrong & she told her my pizza was doughy & she said “I just made that! It was not” very rude, and was in a Buffalo Wild Wings tee shirt, walking around drinking her pop. Good Pizza!

Personal Pan - $6 (free with BookIt coupon): What you’d expect. The pizza was hot and ready when picking it up. It was cooked right, soft, thick, and cheesy. My son enjoyed it.

Service: Pleasant and helpful. They were quick to help us out and send us on our way.

Atmosphere: No more dining area. It was converted to strictly delivery or carry out. The dining area was sectioned off into half customer and half staff break area (?) and storage. The customer area had tables and chairs, but the tables were pushed against the wall and not very useable for eating and the chairs were pushed against the wall facing outward. Plenty of room to wait, but not really to eat. It was a bit rinky-dink, but clean for a Pizza Hut. It’s fine, just know it.

Conclusion: I’d recommend it. Just know they don’t do dine in.

Visited on a Wednesday...

Both my and the two people in line ahead of me had less than mediocre experiences. Between us, one order was lost only to find out it was sitting in the warmer for ten minutes. The second was given the wrong pizza. The wrongly handed out pizza was then re sent out to the right customer without any change of box or remaking of the pizza after touched by the first customer. I was told I owed money after paying online and it took them five minutes to verify that. For all three orders they asked for our receipts to verify we were all telling the truth but all of us ordered online and they would not look at the confirmations on the phone. Multiple emplotyees didn't even have masks on them let alone on some part of their face. The quality of the pizza was subpar. The dough was overly crispy and half of it ended up...
