Boot Barn — Local services in Wyomissing

What a wreck this has been ordering boots from Boot Barn , ordered boots on Saturday the 4th , clicked 2 day shipping so I get them in plenty of time for an event I need them for on the 10th . Says will ship next business day which would be Monday the 6th . Email said expected delivery the 8th , no updates after the 8th had passed and no boots , I waited till the 9th thinking they were just running behind because of the snow on Monday, called and my boots were never shipped out of their warehouse in Kansas, I live in PA and no ,the two boot barns closest to me did not have the boots in stock at the stores. She said they will refund me the extra 20$ I paid for 2 day shipping , went bootless to the event on the 10th , and now fast forward to the 13th , Received my boots with the security tag still on them .. I never write reviews but this company seriously needs to get their crap together, should have gotten more them 20$ back for...

My girlfriend and I went to visit this store for the first time. Very cool store. There were too many things we wanted to buy lol! A lot of the reviews list about pricing, which the prices are high, but that's normal in the world of western wear. We will be back to look at the boots once more. The staff there was very nice and friendly. We were asked if we needed any help, and left to do our own looking around. There was a gentleman there, which we presume was a general manager of some sort. He was keeping a good eye on the store, and seemed knowledgeable on the products being sold. He helped out a couple customers here and there, and seemed like a very nice person. We had no issue with customer service. In fact I signed up for the rewards program right then and there. Absolutely FANTASTIC store and extremely enjoyable shopping experience!!! Great staff - helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Beautiful showroom full of high-quality, great looking styles of clothing, footwear & accessories. Please don't make the mistake of writing this store off because you're not a "horse person" or a "western person". It doesn't matter. This store is for everyone.
