Last Wednesday, June 21 - 23 at app 4 pm, I went to the Wyomissing Walmart to cash my check. Unfortunately, for some reason it was closed, because I could see no employees and the metal gate was obstructing. I then go to Customer Service next door and inquire. There were a few customers in front of me, in which they were greeted and they exchanged their items without incident. The lady I spoke to was a heavyset female Caucasian with short brunette hair. I asked her why was the Check Cashing place closed, and her reply was that the lady was out for lunch. Because she did not volunteer any more information, I asked for duration, and when she would return? Customer service said for an hour, and she just took lunch prior to my arrival. I said, she took an hour for lunch?! Wow! No wonder you can never find an employee when you need one! I obviously got frustrated, because Walmart did not have a replacement, especially for that long of a duration. As I was leaving, I saw another Walmart Hispanic employee near the exit and the Check Cashing place, and I asked if I could see a Supervisor. She told me to wait, because she was waiting for a Supervisor also, and that she was preoccupied at one of the cash registers. As I waited, I explained to her my disappointment and frustration. What surprised me, is when she told me to my astonishment that Customer Service could also cash my check. I waited app 5 minutes, and then a Hispanic female Supervisor approached me, and when I relayed the story, the Supervisor told me the exact same thing. After our conversation, the Supervisor exchanged words with the Customer Service employee, never came back to me or updated me, and went into her office, and I got back in line. As before, there were other customers in front of me, in which they made exchanges for whatever the reason without incident. When I finally met the Customer Service employee, I asked her if it was true that Customer Service could cash my check? She said Yes! I then said, why did you not offer me that same service and cash my check? Her response, because I did not ask her, and next door also offered many other services. She did not know what I wanted? I then asked why did she not follow up with questions, and ask what I wanted? Also I specifically asked, why was the check cashing department closed? No response. I then stared at her with laser eyes for quite some time, wishing I could burn a hole in her soul! I then asked if she could cash my check, in which she said Yes, and cashed it without incident. I then asked for her name twice to report her, before she finally responded. She told me her name was on her name badge instead of answering my question. I told her it was not, because her name badge was flipped, which no name was available or seen. No apologies from the Supervisor! No apologies from Customer Service and no apologies from the female employee that originally told me that Customer Service cashed checks! Overall, even though I finally got my cash checked, I invested almost 1/2 an hour during the ordeal. The Customer Service employee should be reprimanded, and a disciplinary report attached to her file. She also should be retrained, especially when she was an employee in the Customer Service department. She definitely projected a negative image for Walmart, in which if I was a Supervisor/Manager I would be highly disappointed and embarrassed. Thank You...

Me and my girl had about 30 items on the shopping š Cart like everyone else on the moment. I noticed 3 Walmart employees talking and looking at us suddenly When I was scanning my items the self checkout register stop functioning. The Walmart employees came and told me that the register is out of service and that I need it to go to one of the regular registers and had one of the cashier scan all my items. I told the employee how can it be possible that the self checkout stop working right at the moment when the last before me used it without any issues. The issue as that they want it to see if the items that I had were all scanned. I did exactly what they told me and I asked them 4 times the list of items that I had scanned at the self checkout register and they did not want it to let me look at it because each item has been scanned and they didn't want me to made them look bad. They made me and my girl feel like we were trying to steal something from the store. The were very racist and very disrespectful to me and my girl. I asked for the manager and the manager never came to see us. I waited all weekend for someone to contact me because I left all my information to be connected by the manager who did not came to see us at the location. This employees made me feel like that. I do not blame Walmart for the actions of the employees but someone needs to get in touch with me I have a great video and recording of the incident and I will post it if nobody contact me this Walmart employees are racist pieces of crap and I will take this incident to whoever I have to but someone must do something. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI tried calling the bakery department 3 times and let it ring for a while at least 10 times. I wanted to know if you carried an item, that on your site it says you do. I did not want to have to travel if I did not have to. I do not live close. Low and behold you did not have the item. But I did notice 3 workers in the bakery. I told them I called 3 times and no one picked up. I also tried calling customer service, let it ring for a while and no one picked up. So I get my Parmesan cheese and a bouquet of flowers. I go to pay and the check out lane where you check out yourself was very long. So I look to see if a register was open and yes there was, but only one cashier. I go to it and another long line. I had only 2 items. So bottom line, I drove all the way out there for nothing and had to wait an excessive amount of time to check out. I was not happy at all with what occurred today. Walmart wasted my time and gas. I really feel you don't care about your customers and that the Walmart CEO does not have a clear head if what is going on. One more thing what is up with the fitting room. No clerk you have to go around looking for someone to let you in the fitting room only to be told they have to page for the fitting room clerk to come and let you. So you wait another 15 minutes. I am so not happy with what is going on. I have a Walmart credit card I use it and immediately pay it off the next month. Now I know for certain no one is going to do anything about what I wrote to you. Goodhye Walmart, I am not coming back nor will I bring my 94 year old mother anymore. So you lost 2 customers.
