They close at 5:30 and they were still taking orders at that time he was making the drinks then said to the only person in line behind those whose order he just took that he couldn’t make the drink because he was closed yet he just took an order and was actively making their multiple drinks but couldn’t make one more when he saw one person in line behind the order he JUST took and while making their multiple drinks. Which I was already waiting there prior to closing time. Update- I was there in line before 5:30 I was looking at my phone and hence why I knew the time. Took two minutes to be halfway done with their drinks and till being past 5:30 then told me they couldn’t do my drink. I was in the mall and said I’d go get a drink prior to 5:30.i sent a text before the time as well. I was standing there while they ordered and while they paid hence why I know I was there before the time. Owner is currently saying I wasn’t. Just state that you didn’t want to make one more drink to shut down since the people had taken a while to order.Winnie tea bar would never. Only going to Winnie...

During last minute shopping, I accidentally left my beloved Fresh Orange Green Tea on a stand in a store. I went back to Hocaa, but due to mall hours, they already closed. Incredible customer service? Unlike anything I've experienced. After counting their drawer, the offered to replace my drink FREE of CHARGE. I would not allow this. I made it clear my $10.00 would go into their Tip Jar. He proceeded to ask me for a moment for my change from the price of the drink. I said absolutely not. The fact they were willing to freebie my mistake alone was impressive. I would not allow only a part of my $10.00 to go to tip. They received the entire $10.00 AS a tip for their incredibly good will and continued customer first ideology. While I am not a fan of Boba, they have things for everyone. My daughter LOVES Boba and they know her order by heart. How many places are like this anymore!? Please do yourself a favor and the next time you find yourself at Berkshire Mall, go straight to Hocaa and spend your money there!

They best drinks I’ve had in a very long time, I like to try new stop shops around the area to explore new flavors I always make sure to try a place twice, the first time the gentleman was so polite and made the experience fun as he explain the menu and the use of different ingredients used from out of country.
