I love the store absolutely love this store but the people working there they're few and far between the lady that works there in the afternoon don't know how to put points on your next purchase and always charges too much they never ever have the same prices on anything Sam considers that's one of his best customers and I'm not feeling it right now . We are there everyday faithfully everyday but I'm starting to think maybe I need to go back to yadkin tobacco because at least they can give us our points, and we can get discounts on future purchases, I'm not happy with Sam's smoke shop right now like I said all the employees charge something different not knowing if they're going to stick it in their pocket or if it goes to Sam or they just don't know what they're doing. I’m going to give it 2 stars. I went in a few months ago to buy some kratom and the price wasn’t in the computer so I told the lady what others were charging for the same pack which was between 29.99 and 35 and she makes a phone call to someone to check and the lady came back and tried to charge me 67$. I let that go just because it was a newer store and they hadn’t gotten everything together yet but after going in over the weekend and being charged almost double what other stores are charging for the same pack I was done. Hands down the best shop of its kind around!! If Sam doesn’t carry a particular product, he will go out of his way to make sure that he has it for you the next time you come in. This place is clean and bright, every employee is super helpful. The thing that I’ve noticed about these kind of shops is that nobody working in them seems to know anything about the products that they sell and don’t seem to care…Sam and his employees however are very knowledgeable and really try to get to know they’re customers in order to better serve them!
