The staff is really friendly. Our waitress was really on top on things. I have a close friend that eats here a couple times a week. My husband and I personally wasn’t impressed with the food, but not everyone has the same taste. My Friend described the food as good country cooking, we shortly learned a majority of there side items wasn’t made fresh (frozen). my husband got a steak, which was a mistake, it had zero seasoning, zero sauce it was cooked in. Just pretty much thrown on a flat top and plated and it was more fat then steak. Don’t spend the $16 for the steak there. The chicken tenders was likely frozen but they was pretty good. My favorite was the ranch it was homemade. The fries would’ve been better in my groups opinion if they salted or seasoned them. My friend got the grilled marinated chicken. To say we were highly disappointed in the food would be an understatement. Supposed to be a family restaurant as just about every age was there. Typically "specials" are in ADDITION to the every day menu. We both had meals that should have had mashed potatoes but waitress said ONLY veggies available were listed with "specials". I ordered an open-faced roast beef sandwich with grave (no mashed potatoes, obviously). It was roast beef Sandwich Meat (very dried out) on a hard piece of bread. Could NOT cut through meat NOR bread! Potato salad was nasty & both of our meals were inedible. We had 2 waitresses as our 1st one disappeared. 2nd waitress was snippy & copped an attitude when we explained how bad our food is & unavailability of standard menu items. The food was medium quality it wasn't the worst but certainly not the best. The big surprise was the ticket when I went to pay. It was $38 for 3 people! I ordered spaghetti and small house salad. My husband got a country ham sandwich on toast and french fries and a house salad. My daughter got chicken wings and french fries. I could Have went somewhere with a better food quality for that price. The real surprise was when I looked at my debit card when I got home it had been debited for $46. I was told by my bank that the merchant charged almost an extra $8 for using my debit and it would be refunded in a few days. The waitress was great and service was great.
