Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Yadkinville

If you order cheese sticks make sure that you request they take them out of the oven early, otherwise they will be burnt. This is the only Pizza Hut that I have ever seen this issue with but after 5 burned orders I started requesting early removal and the problem has been solved ever since. I've only eaten their lunch buffet once but with good reason. For $20 some odd dollars for two people, there were only two slices of pizza on the whole buffet. This was at 1145am not 2pm. The lady at the counter said that there were 5 pizza's coming out of the oven any minute. 5 minutes later, true to her word, 5 pizza's came out. 4 had a healthy covering of pineapple. Great if you like that but I just wanted a pepperoni or similar meat topping, as did everyone else there. 2 more pizzas arrived 20 minutes later, both were cheese. Now all the places to put new pizzas were taken up, mostly by the 4 pineapple pizzas that may have been missing 2 slices. 20 minutes later 2 more came out. Finally one with pepperoni and no pineapple. If it had been just men then I guarantee you that a fight would have broke out. But little old ladies don't get treated that way. Tried coming here for the second time. Won’t be back. First time we were told to sit and someone would come take our order. Waited over 10 mins and nobody came. We got up and left. Tried again tonight and actually got waited on. Salad bar wasn’t really that refreshing. Could’ve definitely had fresher items. Placed our order. I ordered Chicken Alfredo pasta. Wife ordered a pizza. Order came out in reasonable time. Wife’s pizza was good. However my pasta wasn’t. I noticed something didn’t taste right about it. Server came back and I asked her if this was the cheesy chicken Alfredo. She said yes. I said that’s not what I ordered. She replied that it comes with cheese unless you ask for it to be left off. Well if that’s the case then why is there a chicken Alfredo and a cheesy chicken Alfredo on the menu? Let’s not even talk about the price we paid. Very disappointed in the service. Waitress had to come back to table 3 times to verify our order and our drinks. Took about 30minutes for my drinks and we were the first to sit. Took about an hour to get the pizza and an hour and a half to get the 8 boneless wings. Waitress was very rude, In the middle of taking our drink order as i was talking she walked away to talk to her friends and took their drinks first. didnt get refil till we left. Asked for a to-go box 3 times and she never brought us one so after 15 minutes we just left of half of our food on the table paid and walked out. However the food was excellent!
