I ordered my daughter’s bed online when I was at their store in April. They said it’d be there in 2-3 weeks. I waited and waited and waited hoping for the best but, I reached out only to find out the order was cancelled. I was never notified and the store said it was cancelled because I didn’t qualify for it. I more than qualified for it so I called customer support and they told me the store cancelled the order. I re-ordered the bed and waited a couple weeks since I was assured I’d be contacted as soon as it got there. The store never contacted me and told me the phone number on file was disconnected, it’s never been disconnected and they just dialed it wrong. When they were done setting up the furniture, they left without saying a word and took the tools needed to take the furniture apart. They also left a nice set of pliers so I called and let the office know they left an expensive tool and wanted to get it back from them. I also asked if they could bring the tools back but I wasn’t as worried about that as I was about the pliers. The office told me they’d be there the next day and would call the next day before coming. Instead, one of the men came to my house while I wasn’t home with zero notice. My teenager was watching my youngest because I was just running a short errand. So, they literally came within 20 minutes of my phone call, never notified me, and came to the door when there wasn’t a vehicle in the driveway. The customer service was awful. I planned on getting some additional items from them but I’m going to exhaust every other option and will only go through them if it’s literally the only way to make it work. The manager said it would take a week for them to come out and replace it ( no problem) they only do deliveries on thrusday and I called on Friday…. So the following Thursday comes around and I call the store and Brenda answers hi Brenda!!!!!! Brenda ( is a rude and very incompetent human being) but I’ll get to that in a second… I work from 6 am- 6 pm Monday - Friday. Brenda tells me that they will be at my house at 7 pm. No PROBLEM! I GET HOME and my neighbor tells me they showed up at 4 pm when I wasn’t home ( or my wife) I call the store . And ask why there was . No communication? Between her and the crew delivering. And asked her why so early when I told her I wouldn’t be home until 7? Her response… was ( sorry I was on lunch and didn’t tell them) and then hangs up the phone on me when I ask why she couldn’t tell the crew I wouldn’t be home until 7 pm? So we called they Couldn't find us in the system even though we left a payment. We were just going to go elsewhere and get our money back, but then we were told that our stuff would be there soon from the warehouse. So again we gave them another chance. They called us on friday saying we had to do another form before delivery. Then we were told today that we didn't qualify. Why weren't told that in the first place?
