For me & my daughter's plate we ordered Enchiladas.. the chicken meat did not have any flavor, tasted like it was just boiled only in water, no salt, seasoning. All our plates had rice but it was hard like it was from some other days old. The beans were alright. My sister had ordered crema de pollo and was brought to the table shrimp cream. After I said to the customer that I heard everything she'd just said, the customer started getting abusive and dropping expletives, "white #$@$#," go "f" your husband. I calmly waited to speak to the union gap manager, who did the best she could from afar. These customers were pretty shocked that someone was finally calling them out on their behavior; unfortunately, it was me instead of the staff, which should have.
