Rent-A-Center — Local services in Yakima

I have never rented but once before in Portland Oregon at rent a center but let me come yakima washington with $108. Credit and decided to get the top notch computer for these people to call me say order in but there's a hold on my account...the what accout? Never have had one except in Oregon and i have a good standing report with them? I don't have no outstanding bill or any reason to have a hold..then they can't explain why? Gave me 800 number to call in which nobody answers the phone.. I called over a week. No answer. I asked for corporate....these employees are discriminating and just refused to do business because of how i look..haven't even answered any of my questions regarding this bogus hold nor have they Givin my $108. 00 credit ..I'm writing the bbb and we will get this matter of insult taken care of. Don't do business with the 3rd st. Location!!! If nessasary...see you just need to tell me more than ..I don't know..because it's a lie and I want my credit corporate better start explaining for this bull on my account and cough...

Talk about being pleasantly surprised! After a surprise stay in the hospital our father needed a recliner that would fit his needs for a few weeks as he recovered. From the moment we walked into this store we were taken care of. We got one chair and when it was delivered they were the nicest guys and took great caution and care in placing it in the living room. When we discovered it wasn’t the right chair they found us one in the tri-cities and went the very next morning to get it for us. They were so efficient and completely focused on our satisfaction. They got it to us urgently in preparation for my dads return home. The manager, along with his amazing team, made our otherwise difficult and emotional week much better. Went in looking for a Ashley's couch that I couldn't find any where else. They didn't have one there but were willing to have it brought in form a different Rent-A-Center. My husband and I talked it over and started looking at other couches. As we tried out the couches the sales people didn't bug us, answered any questions we had and very patient. They made the hole process clear and to the point. We are very happy with our purchase. Thank you...
