I had a very upsetting experience with the owner ( I am assuming he is the owner), I just stepped into the store and he said to me to 'no dogs', I said my little dog is a service dog and right away he accused me that I was lying because I was holding her. I said she is a PSD, I have PTSD and I have a ID and official letter. He refused to look at it. He was being very rude and wouldn't let me explain my disability, when I tried to show him my ID, he kept backing away from me ! I was very upset to say the least and just left. I don't look disabled, I have an invisible disability. :(. So, if you love your dogs I would not recommend this store at all !!! Apparently the store owner is not pet friendly and does not have any compassion ! I will never go there again , he has lost a lot of customers. He does not even deserve the 1 star...it would not let me give no stars !

Responding to the owner... You left out that you say I was faking because I was holding her , for your info because of my PTSD, that is allowed . That was what upset me the most is that you say that you Googled it and held up your iPad in front of all the other people to see that I was lying....which I was not lying, you felt you had to humiliate me. Don't bring kids here unless you want to be made to feel like a criminal or terrible person for having the audacity to bring small children into a store that sells toys. From the moment that we walked into the store, the employees were giving us grumpy looks. One employee kept saying 'no' to my son and telling him to put back everything that he picked up, as if I as an adult could not ensure that my child was supervised appropriately. After a bit, I realized that employees were following us around the store, standing and watching our every move. Had I not already promised my children that we could buy $25 worth of things prior to entering the store, I wouldn't have bought anything from this store. The employee checking us out actually completely left the counter (after huffing at us) while I was getting out my credit card with no explanation, and another employee had to step in to complete our transaction. Yea no! Won't be back lady who was working was very intrusive the minute see saw my kids with gum and candy in their hands immediately came over and asked to hold them as if they were going to steal them umm 🤔 there children and we would never do that not very good customer service if you ask me... Was very taken back by the whole thing lucky I even bought the candy but didn't want two disappointed children and the guy at the register was no better had the lady working practically stalking the customers inside as if everyone who walked in was about to steal very odd experience for sure will never ever go...
