Was lied to by the manager with the district manager present at the time. They told me I could switch to T-mobile, they would give me up to $650 per phone I was bringing over from Verizon to pay any phone balances and that I could keep all those devices. I asked them MANY times to make sure I fully understood them correctly. Each time they assured me that I would get up to $650 or the remaining balance of the phones I still owed money on. Once I switched over, paid the activation fees for all of my phones, threw away the Verizon SIM cards, and had all my phones good to go, they told me that only ONE of my THREE phones qualified, and that I would have to trade in my other 2. Then, to make it worse, I only got $422 for the brand new (just 4 months old) S8 Note phone that I still owed $720. The manager didn't seem to care much, if at all, and they told me that there was nothing they could do. I lost my phone and now I owe Verizon 4x times the original amount I would owe if they would of kept their promises. Worst customer experience I've ever had! I won't ever step foot in that...
Read moreI had just walked in this t mobile location around 12:23pm December 26 2024. Hoping to trade in my phone, she was busy with another Customer so I decided to look at the iPhones to see which one I wanted. I did not realize that the phone Displays no longer had the pulling strings attached them where you can look at them, and as I tried to pull the phone to look at it, the Chubby lady with somewhat blonde hair up in a ponytail with attitude immediately said “please don’t not pull on that” and I replied saying “sorry I didn’t know” as I didn’t realize that you can no longer detach the phone to the display, didn’t even give me time to process that I can no longer do that right away with a snarky response. Terrible costumer service, we left immediately. Cancelling my plan...
Read moreWas upset that an update to the operating system had broken my phone, still broken after a safe boot and factory reset, brought it to this store and was helped by a male employee working at 16:40 on July 21st who seemed to take offense to my "attitude" after he checked and found that my phone was under warranty and was insured which I'm assuming means that he wasn't going to get a sale. Instead of going through the 5 minute process to get my phone replaced. ( which the Lacey store did without issue ) He decided to discuss that we needed to fix my attitude or I needed to leave the store. Yes I was upset, I never raised my voice or insulted the employee. I will not being going to this store again EVER, and this experience has made me re-think my contract...
