This still has to be the least organized location , Ive ever been to. Just like the previous times Ive been there, the front desk person seems to have to make the orders of desserts , which takes away someone who can continue to do front customer service. There seemed to be two persons in charge, but they both handled the drive through instead. Although the kitchen as noisy as it was , the workers were silent and no communication was being done. The kine in the drive thru was longer than the line inside and neither were moving. One thing I did see was 3 people who were either on their break or leaving. One guy kept getting water to drink as the line inside grew and the guy up front who was "taking care of the customers " was moving slow enough to make 3 groups of customers kept. One FedEx guy turned around and told us in line "good luck" seems like only one guy is working. The guy got his drink cup and his burger and fries were given to him but a guy in charge which made him look like a good guy, but honestly not working as a team, made me think of him as not a good lead there. When the lady up front finally ordered her milkshakes the guy up front looked at me and said," Hello, I will get to you soon, but I need to make this drink order first." Then he left to make two different drinks, no labels and when he handed the drinks to the lady she asked which one was which and the guy said, I dont remember. OMGggg. I thought maybe my order would be faster. One peanut buster parfair and a dipped cone. A girl who just back from her break slowly walked up to the register and asked," Have you been helped yet?" I said "nope..." and she took a deep breath and asked what I wanted. I told her and she said that she had to give me coins because she ran out of $1 bills. Which in turn she had to get help from one of the leads to get more $1 which made the people in line wait longer. As she waited she didnt ask what the girl behind me wanted, but she stood there and looked around. Meanwhile, the front desk guy before was trying to hand me a chocolate soft serve, and I asked," wasnt that supposed to be dipped?" He looked flustered and I told him tgat I dont mind if its chocolate, I mean its ice cream. So he dipped and handed me the cone. (Mind you no one was wearing gloves here ) Finally another employee walked in and asked the once front guy (who was still trying to get my peanut buster parfait done) if he needed lids, was told no and she proceeded to get me a dipped cone (vanilla this time) and called out my name which in turn I said yes and a I already have mine. All in all I got my two desserts, the entire experience lasted almost 30 mins plus and the disorganization at this location needs help. SO MUCH HELP. The employees need guidance and maybe someone who...
Read moreThey are always letting me kind of create my own blizzard if you know what I mean. Dq used to make an amazing chocolate truffle blizzard when I was pregnant in 2012 but the discontinued it before my second pregnancy. I am always trying to recreate that one because it was so delish us. They let me experiment at this location, at some they don't like to change too much from what it on the menu. The chocolate extreme with peanutbutter added is great. Also one of the only places where you get something that resembles a "slush puppy" if you are from the east coast like me, everyonce in a while you get are hankering for an overly sweetened ice drink. They used to have a bunch of flavors but recently I noticed that they only have about 3 or 4 now. Also good on the drink menu is a caramel moo latte. So good, espically when they slather the cup with caramel before they put the drink in. The only down fall of the moo latte is that they use the fake type of whip cream. It takes like cool whip which I am not a fan of, but I have found that if you mix the topping into the drink you don't really notice the flavor at all. The food is just okay, it's nothing great but my husband likes their burgers. Oh we also usually but our kids birthday cakes here, now for all you east coast Carvel fans, the dq sheet cakes and round cakes are just like the carvel ones of your youth. They have vanilla top layer, chocolate crispy things layer with fudge, then chocolate ice cream on bottom, and the top is covered by a think layer of some...
Read moreNever got my food. Came in at about 9:45 PM, and ordered a number two, large. Was told to wait in the front for my food, which I had no problem with doing. After ten minutes of waiting, I asked one of the employees sitting outside the entrance with her co-workers to check on the status on my meal, and she went in to check. Even then, she had to come back out, and re-confirm what I ordered. After that, I waited another five minutes or so, and finally gave up and left. Very poor service, which is surprising. Will not be back for a while, as long as orders take twenty minutes or more to prepare. I ended up losing eleven bucks on a meal I never got, and went to Burger King, instead. Please improve your service times. I realize I came in close to closing hours, but that’s no excuse for employees to slack off and make a loyal customer wait longer than he or...
