If I could give this place 0 stars I would.
TLDR: Store didn't ship what they were suppose to, even though they collected payment and did very poorly to correct their mistake.
I paid for delivery, boxes and them to package it which cost almost 100 dollars total, I thought everything would be taken care of, they took down the information for myself and for the place I was shipping to. In the shipping box was suppose to be two items that I have given them. So I think nothing of it from there until I get told by the person I shipped the items to that half of the order was missing.
So I contact the store to find out what happened and I spoke to one of the teens who works there that they forgot to put the second item into the box and I quote "figured you would call" after the package was suppose to already be there. I was never contacted by the store who already collected my contact information when shipping the items. They never just shipped the item until waiting for me to call. The teen told me that they needed to talk to their boss the next day and would call me back.
So the next day, I hadn't heard anything back so I called the store to speak with the manager, someone stated they were the manager that I spoke to. So then I filled them in on what was happening, then he stated that they were just going to ship the item ground and call it a day, I then requested that they ship it quicker than ground because the item was suppose to already be there, then they handed the phone back to the person before who then told me that the person I just talked to is not a manager at all and that the boss will be in in about an hour and we left the call.
So then the boss called me back in two hours, told me that they were going to make things right and they were still going to ship using ground, of which I requested again to get it shipped quicker due to the items needing to be there already and this item still being 20 mins from me was due to their direct mistake in boxing the items up as well as them not correcting the issue until I had to reach out. He then stated that ground was all he was approved by the owner, I requested that he speak to him but he said that if he didn't start the shipping today it wouldn't move over the weekend for shipping and get their later (which was a lie, package sat over the weekend at the transfer center). I resigned frustrated, due to when they called however while being at work and not next to anything to write down the tracking number requested that they send me an email with the tracking number, which they confirmed they would do and collected my email. That email was never sent. I had to reach out again to collect the tracking number the next day, which it wasn't in the system yet and had to call back on the following Monday.
All in all, this store location treated me with very poor customer service, very poor ownership that this was their fault and very very poor in their response to correct their mistake of which was a overpriced mess regardless without these mistakes. This caused me losing money due to both the items not getting there when they were suppose to be and frankly, this whole experience was from start to finish, was the most frustrating situation with a company/store I have ever had.    Read moreI came to this UPS Store to get passport photos taken for my husband's online passport application. The website claimed they had the equipment and expertise to provide passport photos that meet U.S. government requirements, but unfortunately, that was not our experience.
The employee took the photos, printed them, then scanned them and emailed us a PDF file â not a proper digital photo. MyTravelGov (the official site for online passport applications) does not accept PDFs. The scanned image was also skewed, had visible dust marks from the scanner, and did not meet the minimum size or pixel requirements. We were charged extra for the digital copy but were told we could not access the original image file â only the scanned version.
We contacted the store using the online messaging form over a week ago and never received a response.
After posting this review, the store owner reached out to me via email. Unfortunately, the emails I received were confusing, poorly written, and honestly felt pretty half-hearted.
The owner explained that while their standard process is to provide printed photos, they can send a proper digital copy directly from a different computer â but only if specifically requested. This option was never communicated to us in the store, despite us clearly asking for a digital version. Instead, we were told the low-quality scan was the only option.
I do appreciate that the owner says they have now addressed this with staff so future customers wonât have the same experience. But overall, between the poor service, lack of clear communication, and additional cost for a useless digital file, I canât recommend this location for passport...
   Read moreI have had great experiences coming to this store. In fact I choose to come here for all my printing needs instead of printing things myself. Today that has all changed. Today my two year old and I came in here with my phone and asked to print a single page document. I was directed to use the computer and use the GUEST login. As I have had done many times prior. Once I asked how much it would be the employee told me how much a copy was and then said I had to pay the $2.50 computer usage fee. She pointed the the sign above the computer. I came in today without my glasses nor was I notified prior to using the computer that it would cost. This has not be a cost prior to me ever coming in here. I then told her that I am not printing nor will I pay the computer fee. She then said I had to pay the fee. Everything that I did today I could have done on my phone without the computer. I could have even pulled out my laptop and had the document printed that way. I was mistaken by the employee helping me as a customer. I asked to speak to the manager because that fee was not mentioned prior to me sitting down. I am only giving one star because the manager waived the fee and said it should have been disclosed.
I will not continue my printing services here anymore. I do not recommend this business anymore. For anyone needing printing needs the local library allows free printing up to a certain...
