I went in to the store just to buy a phone case. Not only was I not greeted AT ALL when I entered the store, I sat for over 20 mins without being spoken to at all. I continued sitting an additional 2-3 mins after the customers confront of me left before anything was said to me. I asked for a phone case the guy walks off the the back and was back there for 8-10 minutes before coming back to say they didn't have any... even though my particular phone was sold in the store. I let him know that I was in the store for over a half hour and all he did was shrug his shoulders. He didn't offer to order me a case or even apologize for the wait. Very rude and I will never return...

I want to give a very special thanks to the best employee at City Wireless in Youngstown Ohio.. She went above and beyond her job for me...I've had lots of phones in my life and lots of carriers and Noone has ever done and treated me as well as Michelle at the Gypsy Lane store in the Union Square Plaza...She was the absolute best...and I ll only go back to her wherever she is...She's an excellent employee and get coworker Amanda wS gr Thankyou guys so vety much!!! A little unprofessional but other than that it's a good place to get your Wish items sent for a cheaper shipping rate and they take good care of it unlike some places. Kinda stays in a big pile but they sort it out nicely and try to keep it tidy. Quaint little store but it's friendly and also a good place to find phone accessories...
