Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Youngstown

Ordered here for the first time and everything from the phone call to explain we were picking up to the actual order was an utter disappointment! The guy on the phone listened to me talk and turned around and asked the question to the very thing I told him. When we got home with our order anger set in! My Pzone had no sauce, barely any cheese and a few sausages & pepperoni, so i basically got bread. My hubby pizza was to have extra sauce, yet he had a whole spot in the middle with no toppings/sauce period! Our wings were to be Cajun, but there was barely anything on them. We also got pasta that we didn't even get to touch because we weren't given forks and we were moving so ours weren't accessible. We contacted corporate to complain & a day or so later a manager called to apologize and offered the option of a remake or refund and we chose to refund. I live very close to this location, but would rather go to Struthers or Austintown for my pizza hut fix. I hate when the convenient location is the worst location 😠...

Coming from Columbus to visit Youngstown I really wanted a cheese pizza.I placed my order over phone and asked for it to be ready in about an hour. Exactly an hour later we arrive and pull up to the drive-through and Are told several minutes later that our pizza is just now being put in the oven. I was then charged $13 for my large pizza when the advertisement said one large pizza for 7 dollars. I was too hungry to argue so I let it go. We left to put our things in our hotel and when we came back we got the wrong pizza. I asked for pan crust and the person said they didn’t have that type of crust all day long! At that point I wanted a refund and was given a hard time. They provided Me with a full refund in cash explained that the person that took my order Was new and let me keep the pizza however the pizza tasted legit like cardboard. Ordered pizza that I earned from getting pizza so much recently. Only ordered it because it was expiring that day. I had to pick it up bc I used points to buy it even though if i didn't use points it would of been over the delivery amount. When I went to pick it up I was in the line for every bit of 15+ minutes and I couldn't pull off because there was someone behind me. By time is got home the pizza had been sitting so didn't taste the best on top of that they put such an obsene amount of hut flavoring on the pizza and crust it was beyond salty. But when I pulled up to the window and said something about my 15-20 minute wait she just said the person in front wouldn't leave until her pizza was done and offered nothing for the inconvenience....
