On the 23rd of February 2024, I visited the Unique Boutique of Youngstown for the first time. It's located on 902 Elm St. Upon entering, I was greeted by its proprietor "Liz," a woman of undeniable charm and magnetic personality. After signing in on her guest book, I found myself 'pleasantly surprised' by an assortment of items both traditional and esoteric. Unique Boutique is an assemblage of clothing, jewelry, crystals and rocks set within the backdrop of an interior (the shop itself) which gives one a feeling of comfort and ease. Adjacent to the items on display is a room furnished with a couch and an oblong conference table (with chairs) that can be used for meetings, individual and/or group studying, and gatherings for various discussions. During my second visit (2nd of March 2024), I found the proprietor (Liz), to be possessed of a quick wit, mild temperament, calm demeanor, and completely open to a customers' divergent views, without being judgmental or opinionated. And lastly, she has knowledge of the items displayed in her shop as to their origins, history, uses and practical applications. To conclude: I would strongly suggest that one should pay a visit to this quaint little shop (on Elm St.) with its eclectic display of items for sale. PS: There is also a "mini-library" inside with some interesting books...

Despite unfounded claims tarnishing their reputation, this shop offers a fantastic atmosphere with a friendly storekeeper and a neighboring coffee shop that enhances the experience. The selection is impressive, prices are reasonable, and customers are treated with fairness, dignity, and respect. From special gifts to great bargains on clothing, this place has it all. The owner is wonderful, offering high-quality items like corsets and crystals. Don't let baseless accusations deter you from enjoying what this gem of a store...

I enjoy seeking out the delightful and hidden treasure troves as I travel about, and Unique Boutique met every mark of what I hope to discover! The owner was on hand for every question and also provided a wealth of local history and curious facts. They were quite the raconteur! And, they had super cool and diverse stuff...
