I have NEVER given 5 stars ALL the way around,

But listen to me!!!! We were met at the door with ❤️ love, respect, friendship, and a welcoming heart.

She asked the lead of the 3 of us. " Is this your first time?" When he replied, " Yes Ma'am,"

Mrs Dalia actually performed a small jump of excitement, smiled, and while waving her hand and telling us to take a seat, She said, " I have to make yall a sample plate."

Now, for me, that warmed my heart to no ends. As I have NOT felt that type of love and excitement ( Southern to me ) in a person owning a restaurant in a VERY long time.

So let's get to it. ALL of it was 🔥 FIRE, as in VERY VERY GOOD!!!!!

Major Points for flavor. Not Salty. Heat on it yet not overwhelming Crisp of the Cabbage, not MUSHY. Rice is NOT overcooked and gummy . Beans had bounce to it. Mac and cheese 🧀 😋 yes!!!!, The noodles were not overcooked. The cheese was not Nacho cheese, and there was movement in it, but it could still stand up. Let's talk about that Pineapple 🍍 iced tea, WHEW!!!!!

Don't get me started on the chicken curry, LAWD!!!! Tingle in ya mouth, beautifulness , with flavors just ah dancing.

I'm going to tell you my full truth , I was so happy and maybe food overwhelmed ( being prepared with such love). I had an emotional moment, where I actually had a tear in my eyes.

You know!!!! you go to a restaurant to make a trade, that's what it is. My money, for your GOOD food, and respectfulness in service.

( It does not happen like that most times. A lot of places act like you are in their way or space. I have traveled to many places eaten at 5 stars, 5 shells, etc places.

This HOUSE turned in a restaurant with its comfortable atmosphere, good home cooking, a smile with service, and a feeling of love, yes I believe that is what it was for me. A Home with 5 Stars all over it.

If and when you find yourself in this part of Ohio, you will do good to NOT miss this food stop.

Wow is all I can say, Dalia's hands down has it going allllll the way ON!!!! Mrs. Dalia's food is the most flavorful Caribbean food I have had in yearsss definitely the best around here. This food was so good I went back twice in 1 day. So lets imagine your first time going and your second time going on the same day LOL, I had brown stew chicken the first go around and Curry chicken the next go around. I asked Mrs Dalia does she have any dumplings she said no but I'll make you some I said what do you mean she said I'll make you some fresh right now how many you want? My mouth hit the floor I was like are you for real? She looked at me an said yes I will how many you want, WOW!!!!!! don't you know she went in the kitchen and made me some fresh boiled dumplings to go with my meal, you don't get no better than that and pleaseeeeeeee don't forget about the Pineapple Tea OMG. When I first tasted the tea I told my friend OMG this don't make any kind of sense this drink is that Good LOL, it was un real how good this tea was, the service was phenomenal and the food was superb.
