First of all Diego H. is the man and should get a massive pay raise. My mother and I reluctantly came into the store 10 minutes until close to get new phones. Diego H. could have turned us away seeing as it was obviously was going to take longer than 10 min to set us up. He instead stayed 2 and a half hours past close time to help us through the difficult changes we were making to the account and not once did he have a bad attitude. The man was in good spirits the entire time and made it the most enjoyable experience I've ever had at any Verizon store in my life. The fact that he has the title of assistant manager is appalling and is a serous mistake in my opinion by the person whom appointed this underserved title. The initiative Diego H. showed is with a doubt grounds for a promotion and a pay raise. To Verizon keep an eye on this man... he is doing great things for your company and building positive relationships with costumers that would otherwise use other services without people...

Bought one phone and was supposed to get the second one free but after a month they started to charge me for both phones. Then proceeded to blame me for changing my plan but I had not done a single thing to my plan. I reached out to them to try and fix it, every time I called they said the manager was out to lunch but I dont know how you get two lunches in a four hours. Then after I thought the problem was going to be solved they manager at the time up and quit so all my stuff got set aside and new manager never called me or even tried to reach out to me about my situation. So long story shot very lazy and rude staff. I recommend going to a different store. I really like the version store in Medford by buffalo wild wings....

As a business owner, I called ahead & explained in detail what needed to happen and employee was in front of Daniel with the phone. Guess what? Daniel did nothing, send her away without activating that line - which was the point. Now employee has phone on personal service. Daniel assured me it was taken care of - NOT! I called and spoke with Raheem who said I was rude said Daniel shouldn't deal with business accounts or elderly people and they want employee to drive 20+ miles so they fix the issue - extremely doubtful.
