The food was delicious! The restaurant staff were quite friendly too. English not their first language but they really try to make you happy. Reason for one stars is the regular convenience store staff who handle store and fuel purchases. Despite denials she was on anything by her coworker, the younger woman who worked there appeared high on something or other and acted very weird and inappropriate in the bathrooms as if she didn't want anyone in there with her because she didn't want people to see her shooting up. No other reason to tell a customer to get out who isn't doing anything. She did act as though I did not belong in the women's bathroom. People respond to texts on their phones all the time and no other decent business objects to customers on their phones while using the bathroom such as responding to a text message from someone. It'sHer coworker was an old woman who simply looked and acted like a crabby grandma who didn't want to really be there but was forced to work because social security benefits don't pay worth a dime to survive on. They need staff change. Left without buying anything. They lost a customer. Owner needs to find new fuel desk staff. Won't be back for this simple reason. Would have bought fuel here but I didn't because of the two women who worked there. They were simply too weird of people and were in many ways creepy since they make it their business what people are doing in a bathroom and get all funny when people are in there. I was only there to use the bathroom like normal people but those two women acted like one is not supposed to use it at their store. The only reason you act that way about someone in the bathroom is if you're going to do something you don't want anyone to see you do which is usually something your not supposed...
Read morewhatever you do, save yourself time and frustration and DO NOT STOP AT THIS PLACE. Need propane? Prepare to have your time wasted. We read all of the other horrible reviews, like the ones about not being able to get propane in the dark. So we called ahead to make sure it was OK to fill our RV propane tank, and then went during daylight hours, even making sure it wasn’t cloudy or raining outside. NOPE! Even though the filling hose extended plenty far enough to our tank which we could get within a mere feet of the tank, we were told “if you can lift it off your vehicle and bring it to the tank, I can’t fill it.” What an absolute joke of a business. Like the many other reviews, there was no actual, practical reason to deny us their business except that they just don’t want it. We went down the road to the Tractor Supply who filled our tank in a quick 5 minutes. And we’re friendly. They told us they get endless business from this station who routinely denies people, telling us what we already discerned about this station: “they’re lazy.” AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Learn from us (and the many other reviewers before us that we should have listened to) and and save yourself the time and the headache of dealing with...
Read morePrices were good. Would not recommend placing your order online. We were first time customers, and the website said we would receive a 10% discount because of that status. When we tried to click on the button to get the discount, it would not work. We placed the order anyway, and the reply was to the effect, "order received, but please note that your credit card pending charge will be greater than the actual order, to provide for the possibility that when you pick up your order, you might make additional purchases". We weren't too thrilled about that, but figured it would work out in the end, when the actual charge went through. Surprise, Surprise! We arrived to pick up the order the next day, and found that not only had we not received the 10% discount, but they had added a 10% "tip" to the bill. As far as we knew, there is no place on the website to add a tip. The attending employee had to call his boss, and, thankfully, the tip was credited against the credit card charge, so all ended up well (although not getting the 10% discount). So, beware the online ordering process, but the employees...
