BoxDrop Yulee Mattress & Furniture — Local services in Yulee

Very dissatisfied with service here. At first we were super excited to purchase from here as they push that they are family owned and operated and all their customer service outweighs anywhere else. But now I feel like they are not any better than a store pushing product to make money. Long story short we went in were being told we were going to get a steal of a deal on a Ashley Keerwick sofa and loveseat set that has been sitting on the showroom floor for a long time. They quoted us like $960 in person but after we left they said it would be over $1k like I know what I heard but they didnt write down that number and we were quoting a lot so I didnt validate the paper they gave me. We didnt end up getting it at that time anyways as we were closing on our home and didnt want to make a purchase prior to closing. So we checked back in again after closing just in case they had it and we can get the best possible deal and they had already sold it, thats no biggy as we didnt pay to hold it. But the issue came after then asking how much another set would cost and they said $1300 + delivery. I found on Ashley website directly the same set for $1180 so cheaper. Which means they are selling at more than if you went straight to Ashley directly, but they are selling "showroom models" more. Thats so backwards. Then when I called them out on this they said "If there's any issues with anything, you dont get us". So instead of trying to earn business, they lost it and got...

Just got a great pillow top mattress with a box spring from the BoxDrop and we are so happy with it. They make you feel like at home and are very nice people very welcoming and the store is spotless very well organized all mattresses and box springs are brand new in the original plastic and the prices beat everyone in Jax and surrounding areas. They worked with us and gave us best deal that we couldn't refuse. The retail on the mattress we got was 1299.00 without the box spring and we got it for wayyyyyyy less, less than half the price and I even googled the same mattress online and it said it cost 1599.00 no box spring so I am so happy that we got top of the line new mattress and a box spring for half price its amazing deal i would recommend them to anyone that needs a great night sleep. They do also have pillow tops queen size mattresses for as low as 150.00 so if anyone need a mattress they are the best in town. I have shopped in the Yulee, Florida store and found the owner and staff to be extremely helpful and patient. So thrilled we finally have a furniture and mattress store in Nassau County, specifically Yulee. My husband and I went in just to purchase a recliner and knowing we had to furnish our livingroom found additional items that matched our decor perfectly. We purchased an entertainment center and the staff worked with us to find matching cocktail table and matching end tables. Once I saw and sat in my husband’s recliner I was sold and also purchased one for myself. We will definitely return to the store when in need of additional items.
