One of our nightstands was placed on the counter and scraped against it by an older woman working the register. I proposed to my boyfriend that he pull it down to save additional damage. When I told her politely that we wouldn't need her help and neither did I want it in the cart because it can hardly fit, she went ahead and picked it up and put it onto the cart as we were leaving. The shelf toppled and thudded to the ground as she was attempting to pick it up. Accidentally scratching my pricey furniture is one thing, but dropping it to the ground is outrageous. Never got an apology, only a snide remark about how everything is OK. Thankfully, the furniture was undamaged, and I was able to take it home. However, I find this customer service...
Read moreIt has a bunch of home stuff in it. If you have ever been in any HomeGoods store on Earth, it is exactly like that one. Wife seems to like it. I don't see what the big attraction is. I went in a few times. Prices are average. Store is over packed with merchandise to the point you can hardly maneuver through the aisles. Store is usually packed with women shopping. If their husbands are withem, they are usually sitting on a chair or bench waiting to leave (me). Some of there policies are a little confusing, but I keep moving forward! Some of their so called management staff think that it's the military??
