My wife lost her car keys while in the store a week ago monday. After almost daily visits to the customer service and looking around where she was in the store and on the security cameras. I was not able to see where she dropped them. I went back on saturday last and asked the lovely young lady (Karlee Couch) at the customer service if anyone had turned in a set keys, i proceeded to discribe them. She immediately started searching the area and the office to no avail. She had been on vacation so she did not know of the happenings with my wife's keys. She said she would look around give us a call if something showed up. My wife and I left the store after making our purchases and on the way to our house, I told my wife to call Karlee and offer a reward for who ever finds my wifes keys. Not 15 minutes later, Karlee called and said she had found them under the shelves in an area where we had not looked. Karlee used a broom to fish them out from under the shelves. I went back to get the keys and to give her the reward, but she did not want any reward. She was so nice and helpful. She restored my feeling that someone had taken them to break into the car, my house, or whatever. Karlee went above and beyond her duties to help us. She is manager material in my eyes and should be acknowledged for her actions somehow. I will shop at winn-dixie more now knowing Karlee's got my 6. BZ to her for a job...
Read moreMy husband often sends me Western Union when he's out of town and because this is the one nearest me I go here to get it. There's only a couple of women who works the customer service who is friendly and ready to help. However there are a couple who are rude and will make you stand there and wait for them when the have walked away from the desk without giving the courtesy of letting you know what's going on. Yesterday when I went to get Western Union the lady told me instantly that she doesn't have enough money for Western Union without first finding out how much I needed to verify this. I have worked front end at Winn Dixie years ago and whenever we didn't have the money we would go and get it out of the safe as we want our customers to walk out satisfied. This particular associate and one other always gives a difficult time whenever I come in no matter what time of day and is very rude. I found out Publix right across the street offers Western Union so this store will never get my business again. I would rather spend extra at a customer friendly store than less at a store with such bad customer service. Don't get me wrong there are some friendly employees here but they seriously need to rethink their customer...
Read moreNo Stars. Bought some hamburger meat that said...sell by tomorrow. Brought home and it smells. No one offered to help me find anything. The casher was not friendly at all. No. Hello how are you? Did you find everything today? When she rung me up, she just handed me the receipt. No, have a nice day or thank you. Nothing. She just started ringing up the person behind me and sliding their stuff down on top of the flowers I bought for my wife.
Publix is a pleasure to shop at. They're nice and kind and are looking to help everyone. If they pass you in the store, they say hello and smile. You can see how much they care and want you to have a great experience while you're shopping. Winn-Dixie use to be a great company and it showed in their stores. Ever Winn Dixie is the same. Rude. Almost like your inconveniencing them. You guys should take lessons from Winn Dixie. This is why your parking lots are empty and Publix parking...
