Marco’s Pizza — Restaurant in Yulee

This was my final visit to the Yulee location. The past visits were nearly the same. I waited well beyond the promised time for a single pizza. Today’s final straw came after another extreme wait. They also promised to bring the pizza to the car and after 30-40 minutes waiting in my car I walked back in only to be ignored as the two girls at the counter argued and seemed clueless about how to assist customers. My pizza had apparently been ready and getting cold since they failed to inform me or deliver curbside as promised. No pizza is with the lousy service I’ve received. Never again.

Update: received a reply here and from Corp I assume (used the email feedback as suggested). Looks like form letters with no real concern about the issues we’ve had. This is what I got back...

Kind of like our to go place for pizza, to be honest, not many other choices nearby, but that does not take away/add to my rating

Comparing them to other Marco's Pizza I have tried in at least three different states, I have to say, this one is the best, and I'm glad they are nearby home. Other Marco's pizza I've tried and only once was more than I could bear.

I genuinely enjoy their pizza, and considering I don't eat any type of meat, a four star is as high as a restaurant usually gets from me.

The service is ok, there's no really any complaint.

One thing though, I kind of don't like them opening my pizza box in the restaurant once I'm going to pick it up. Let me do that myself and in the privacy of my vehicle, and if there shall be any issues I'll be sure to let you know. I understand you guys make it, and it's open in the back, but It's not just a privacy thing, I just like being opened in front of others close by, it's not their business what or how I eat it, but specially nowadays we so much going on.

Other than that, keep up the good work, and thank you guys for filling up...

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza via DoorDash yesterday, ate one slice and started on the second only to feel something poke my tongue. I immediately spit out the pizza and found a piece of metal wire!! I called the store and spoke to the manager Josh who was very apologetic and offered a $15 credit. I asked if they used a brush of any kind to clean or scrub in the cooking areas and he said yes. I texted him a picture of the wire to his personal phone and expressed my deepest concern for not only myself & husband who already ate a slice but others who could have been exposed!
