C. A. House isn't the best. Every time I go in looking for something and ask if they have it, they look at me like I asked them to kick a puppy, and more often than not, say they don't have it. I usually end up finding it on my own. I'm not a fan of the Zanesville location, and highly recommend the St. Clairsville location. But, their rent to own program is very nice. You can take what you've paid on one instrument and transfer it over to another instrument, which made the cello I just switched to roughly 1,000 dollars cheaper, so that was lovely. Rob and the other associates were friendly and professional! Quick turnaround to get my instruments back. Fast forward a couple of weeks and I decided to buy a new guitar. Reduced from 5 star. I bought a Jackson that had an issue with the output jack / retaining nut being stripped / cross threaded. When I took it in they just removed the nut and reattached the jack. Now two months later the jack popped loose again. I ordered a new jack and soldered it in myself.
