Computer Plus Technology is pretty much the only tech outlet we had in Zanesville for a long time but with both North Zanesville Walmart and South Zanesville Walmart now making an effort to carry everyday pc parts like Ram and even CPUs with the compatible motherboard as well I feel CPT could stand to move forward some, I’ve visited a fair amount of times now and have never been super disappointed in the straight forward customer service albeit the occasional sorta talking down too, which I could toss up to just a bad day, however their selection is definitely a struggle point I know they tend to prioritize more service related task and help for networking which is always great but I feel they should really take some inspiration from other tech outlets like FREE GEEK which has always sold there Recycled parts in store which seems like a no brainer for a community that especially has a low selection of places to obtain parts at the moment, and I’m not super surprised but the carrying of older styles of hardware like Sound cards and PCI cards but the pricing could definitely be at the least looked into I’ve shopped for parts on eBay a lot if having to wait a few days for shipping to save potentially 40-50 bucks I’d probably just go that route, nonetheless I’m still happy we have them in town and I hope they don’t go anywhere just hope they level up in a...

My laptop screen shattered and my heart followed behind when I was told that it might be too expensive to even bother with. Computer Plus Technologies walked me through my options of what might be best for me, despite some of those options meaning they wouldn't get the business.
