A year ago I came in with money in hand and a desire for a beautiful arrangement for my wife’s birthday. I came a few minutes too early before opening and the man inside saw me waiting in my car and kindly invited me in to discuss what I was looking for while he setup for the day. He showed me pictures of prior arrangements they have done. Asked my preferences / what my wife liked in the past and helped guide me to a perfect balance of cost and robustness. I placed my order and scheduled a day the following week to pick it up.

I came the next week and picked the flowers up at the arranged date / time and they were ready in the cooler perfectly displayed in a gorgeous vase and were STUNNING. He quickly remembered me and our discussion, grabbed the vase / arrangement and put the bottom of the vase into this little “box” to help make sure the arrangement made it home safely in my car. (They also offer delivery — but I did not choose that so I am unsure of the specifics)

My wife was absolutely in love with the arrangement and it was perfect! The arrangement lasted over a week looking pristine and smelled so fresh it could be smelt throughout the entire surrounding area in our home.

A few weeks ago now (this year) armed with a picture of the flowers from the previous year and a few changes of color in mind I went back into the shop and spoke with one of the kindest shop owners I have experienced in many years. I showed her the picture and she INSTANTLY recognized it as one of her custom signature arrangements she makes and thanked me for returning to them again. Some small talk later and explaining the few changes I desired she had it all input into their system and off I went.

I came back for pickup and same smooth experience! The arrangement was gorgeous and since one of the main flowers they received in shipment weren’t up to their standards she made sure to UPGRADE my arrangement at no additional charge to make sure my wife for a second year in a row loved the flowers.

Let me tell you, she absolutely did. I give this florist a 10/10 or a 5 stars as google only allows me to give 5. But let me tell you the experience was BEYOND a 5. My family and I were seeking a local Florist in the city of Zephyrhills, FL. It was very important to us and the desire to send a floral arrangement to our soon to be 80th Auntie living in Zephyrhills. Calling from the state of NC will most definitely be a little challenging...especially, not knowing which florists would meet our needs. I was given the assigned task to Google search, call and get a feel of which florist would meet our need. I searched and read the reviews of those Florists in or near Auntie's zip code. My decision was made when Jennifer at Marion Smith Florist answered my call with a most pleasant & welcoming voice. I relay our desires, but needed a more comforting feeling that this selected florist would be able to fulfill our request. Jennifer was very patience with answering all my questions and offered to send pics that we could physically view all the selections we inquired about...is really showed her caring, loving and passionate she had in her job and assisting others who went above, beyond & the extra miles with making me her priority customer at the time of my need. PERFECTION. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. We purchased the Enduring Passion bouquet of red roses in the mid-size (deluxe) for my precious mother. It was an impressive and beautiful bouquet. They delivered it the same day and she loved absolutely loved it. Later, I took it to the hospital for her, and, it wasn't for show, but just to tell you what type of bouquet it was, it actually turned heads as I carried it through the parking lot. In the hotel lobby, it was the same. Even the receptionist said, "That is a VERY nice bouquet!" (I'm not that much on flowers myself, but people stared. Everyone stared and smiled.) Then a week or so later, someone actually sent ME a bouquet from Marion Florist, delivered to our door. The delivery person was very friendly, and the bouquet was sunflowers and roses in a ceramic pumpkin. It was absolutely GORGEOUS and cheerful. It looked like a million dollars, too, and smelled wonderful. It cheered and comforted my heart and made me feel loved, and that is precisely what flowers are supposed to do. It lasted fresh for days, and I even dried the flowers now and am keeping them and they are still beautiful....
