I called on Saturday 2/28/2020 and scheduled an appointment for Eric to install a satellite radio adapter into my Prius the following Tuesday. I was tired of looking at all of the wires, receiver box, antenna etc. and decided to purchase an adapter that would run the satellite radio internally into my dash system rather than externally. My Prius 2 did not come with satellite radio installed.

Eric gave me an estimate of about three hours of labor which I was fine with. After talking to him about the satellite radio I also discussed with him that recently my right passenger side mirror was hit by a garbage pail that blew into the street and the blind spot monitoring and lane departure was no longer working on my Prius. I shared with Eric that Toyota gave me a price of $600 to replace the mirror assembly and that I did not have that much money to fix it. I figured since Eric works with wires 24 seven that he could possibly fix the wire in my side mirror but I wasn't getting my hopes up. So I sat and waited on Tuesday for my satellite radio adapter to be installed. Eric finished it within an hour rather than the three hours he estimated me which was a nice surprise and I asked him again if he would mind taking a look at my side mirror . He was so nice and said absolutely and we went outside and he began looking at the inside of my passenger side mirror. He popped the mirror out and fussed with the wires a little, plugged everything back in and said that he wasn't sure if what he did worked but that was really all he could do at this point . So I told him that I'll pay for the install of the adapter and then I'll take the car for spin and if the mirror is fixed I will come back and give him money for fixing the blind spot monitoring and lane departure. Eric told me "don't worry about it just enjoy your car..... if it works great and if it doesn't I'm sorry but that's all that I really can do since it's not something in familiar with."

To my surprise as I drove down 301 my side mirrors started blinking when cars were approaching me on the sides of my vehicle. I was so thrilled that I immediately called Eric and thanked him so much for helping me. On a daily basis I am driving on 275 from Pasco County all the way to South Tampa. Driving on 275 is a death sentence. I relied so much on my blind spot monitoring that when I did not have use of it I did not feel as safe driving onto 275 during rush hour traffic. So for Eric to fix my blind spot monitoring and lane departure alert was a HUGE help to me! I cannot say enough great things about Eric. His work is excellent. He is extremely knowledgeable and most of all he is just a great guy who is willing to help out in any way possible, even if it's in an area that he is not familiar with. Thank you Eric for my satellite radio adapter and thank you even more for fixing my blind spot monitoring and lane departure!! ...

Due a miscommunication I showed up on the wrong Tuesday (2 weeks early) only for Eric to be confused. I felt really bad and was about to leave but then he said someone didn't show up for their 8am appointment (unsure if that was true or Eric was just helping me save face 🫠) and he could squeeze me in depending on if the film came off proper. (Thank goodness because I put in PTO at work for this.)

Film confirmed to be coming off properly and install took about 1hr. (rear tint film became blurry/grainy over 2yrs).
