When I went to visit St. John's, I stopped here on recommendation for a bite to eat.
The server was quick to come over and provide us with menus, cutlery, and a friendly smile. She was incredibly accommodating, giving us a starter as a main course, flawlessly repeating our order, and then she went to deliver our order to the kitchen. Very strong start! But, as soon as she was gone, she was back. Two of our party had ordered a burger, but there was only enough meat for one burger. A shame, but understandable! I had to find something new to order and asked for Chicken a la Plancha. The server left again. Then, came back. She wanted to confirm which item I wanted with the menu. That's fine, appreciated! Then, she came back again, asking which sides I wanted, which I asked for a fry and salad. Then, one last time she came over to our table, asking which type of Daiquiri I wanted-strawberry, mango, pineapple. My mistake, I forgot to mention! The back and forth was a little weird, but not bad by any means. I felt bad that I was making her walk so much! And I would prefer clarification rather than mistakes.
When the food came out, it looked incredible. Other members of my party had ordered Chicken Bacon Pasta, a Cutie Beef Burger, and a Coconut Shrimp as a main course. My food came out second to last which was fine, but my sides were wrong. It was a shame when she had asked me about them. Luckily, another person in my group was willing to switch their fries for the mashed potatoes I got, which I was very grateful for, since I didn't have to send food back and waste it.
Then, my food came out again.... A different server brought me another plate of Chicken a la Plancha, this time with fries and mashed potatoes, which was super weird. She was confused when she saw I already had my plate and took that second one away. Turns out the servers had a miscommunication with the kitchen.
Either way, after all that, the food was amazing. The Chicken I had was delicious and the pasta looked just as good. I had a little of the burger and it wasn't as good as I thought it was going to be so I'm glad I ended up with something different. I highly recommend this restaurant and would like to go back to try...
Read moreMy husband and I visited Cuties for Sunday brunch. They didn't disappoint! Although a bit crowded, we were seated within 2 minutes of arriving. Our server was pleasant and answered our questions about the menu and made very good suggestions. We got our food with 20 minutes of ordering. I thought that was good despite the crowd. We had omelette with bacon and French toast with eggs and chicken breast. I had a coffee with baileys and it was fabulous! The price was reasonable and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We will return!
Update: I returned about a week ago with a girlfriend of mine. On this occasion, the food took longer than I would have liked - about 40 minutes! Despite this, the food was excellent! I induged in French toast, omelette, bacon and friend chicken. My friend had the Antiguan local breakfast and added sausages. The service was still to the standard despite the many customers. We both had multiple drinks as well. Our total was around $152.00 EC. I...
Read moreI will give 4 stars because I did enjoy the food served, the staff treatment was not very appealing, I am a local basically buying in your establishment and the staff because my girlfriend and I took a little bit of time to make up our mind because she didn't want fries, kept looking at us and speaking amongst themselves stating that we are just taking up space and we can't sit there longer. They didn't want us sitting on a table for 4 but allowed a tourist that was only 1 person to sit on a table for 4. Asked for sparkling water and got this horrid tasting water while tourist got the better tasting water. At the end of the day we spent $150 at that place to be...
