Cacho Pancheria — Restaurant in Autonomous City of Buenos Aires

Delicious tortilla. Not sure if it was how it is supposed to be. Tortilla in Argentina weren’t exactly similar to where I’m from which is more like corns or flours.

Here it is potatoes covered omelette and fillings as you wish. More like a Spanish omelette in my option. The thing I like it here is the outside layer (potatoes) was very crusty and the cheese filling melted perfectly. I tried many others during my time in Argentina (at least six others) and still think this was my most favorite one so far.

The lady who attended to our table was super nice and friendly. Always smiled...

Una Rotisería clásica y retro a simple vista, menú con platitos con vuelta de rosca que sorprenden, al pasar la cortina, encontrás un bar 80s llamado La UAT, la ambientación es increible, podes comer en la vereda, en la barra de La Uat o en la super terraza hermosa que tienen arriba ( hay calefacción ). Reversiones de cocktails clásicos 80s 90s muy bien logrados, la atención de 10, desde que te recepcionan, en barra y camarerxs, siempre te hacen refill de agua sin cargo. Recomiendo reservar para la terraza que se pone ATR, hay Djs y eso suma a la onda del lugar, No pueden no conocer este hermoso lugar! 100% recomendable para hacer previas y festejar cumpleañitos o cualquier eventito y luego bajar a LA UAT a tirar unos pasos.
