One of the most amazing culinary experiences of my life! Unpretentious, honest food. Premium quality ingredients that surprises your palate instantly. The sweetbreads are just heavenly delicious, the provoletta is another perfect dish, with all its simplicity but handle with love and respect, it’s turned into a complex and satisfying appetizer that you will pair with a perfect fresh baked roll.
