Best coffee in Buenos Aires, hands down. This is the perfect place to go to if you care more about the quality of coffee than the "coolness" of the place. The cafe is nice, don't get me wrong, but there isn't that much space where to sit down and enjoy your beverage, with just a couple of armchairs and then chairs at the counter. But the quality of both the coffee and the service more than make up for it. You can get the classic cappuccino, flat white, espresso and so on, but also try the many different varieties fo coffee they offer in many brew styles, like V60 drip coffee, served in a quirky lab conical flask (in theme with the store name). Every coffee you choose DOES taste different and it's a great idea to visit over and over and try them all to see which is your favorite in a "world coffee tour".This is THE place to go to buy coffee: they offer a very nice variety of South American and even some African coffees, with tasting notes, that are expertly ground to your specifications (from percolator to espresso) and then hermetically re-sealed for you to take home. The people working there are very friendly and also knowledgeable about coffe and are ready to help you with your choice and to make you feel welcome and at home. This is a bit (but not much) more expensive than your classic coffee chain (and less expensive than Starbucks!), but the quality is just another whole level completely. I think their coffee is very good, but since they are trying to sell an experience and since they have so many ways to prepare coffee and blends and special tea infusions, etc. they should help their customers to choose what to drink and willfully explain their methods and menu. I went there and the guy who took my order didn't show much interest in explaining any of it, I had to ask him many questions and felt I was bothering him rather than receiving a cool service/experience. I think the place and product are great but their customer service should improve fast. I'll give it another chance soon but won't be recommending this place yet. 250gr of coffee will run you about 168 pesos. A cup of coffee is between 45 and 90. I agree in paying those high prices if everything is exceptional, if not I feel kind of robbed....

It's a cute venue aesthetically, but the coffee was poor and the WiFi atrocious.

I ordered a Latte with whole milk. The first one arrived no where near hot, tepid at best. When I asked them to re-make it with hot milk, they gave some excuse about them coming at a set temperature (who on earth serves tepid Lattes intentionally?) but they said they'd remake it for me on this occasion. I then watched them make the second one with low-fat milk. Not wanting to be that guy who complains a second time, I just drank the incorrectly-made Latte. The coffee wasn't that rich.

The WiFi barely functioned. When I told them it wasn't working they said it often doesn't at that time of day (12:00 midday). So it seems this is a common occurrence.

Disappointing, was hoping this'd be my new regular spot, but alas...
