How can I start..
I texted them on WhatsApp to ask them a couple of things and it took them 13 minutes to reply. My last question before the order was not replied for 33 minutes. I ordered and they replied 15 minutes later that my order was ok. 70-75 minutes for a delivery of Sushi at a distance of 3kms isn't really the best as well. They didn't answer on the phone as well, even if I tried many times!
As for the food: It seemed that none of the rolls had any taste and the barranco roll was maybe the worst roll of my life! Really dry and tasteless. There was some soya sauce split on one of the rolls as you can see on the photo. Found as well a small hair in one of the rolls.
To conclude, I guess it just happened, (as I see really good references here from other customers), but it was for sure one of the worst in my life.
