Tienda de Café — Restaurant in Autonomous City of Buenos Aires

Decent coffee and good pastries for the price but service is very poor. No indication whether it’s table service or counter order, and as you walk in no greeting to tell you to help yourself to a seat or whether they take you to a table. Walked in, stood there for 2 mins as they just stared at me, I even said hello and made myself look as clueless as possible. Nothing. And the waiters aren’t exactly the friendliest. It's a very cozy place and the coffee is delicious. My only concern is about the waitresses. They seem to be always in a hurry and forget to be kind (even if you give them tips). A very positive thing is that they have plugs which you can use to charge your computer. It's very crowded in the afternoon, so for the ones who like to study in a noisy place, it's perfect. Me parece mal que vaya a comprar café en granos, compré 1kg de café y me dicen que tengo que ir x la ventana y esperar afuera Es contradictorio xq si te ofrecen un café de cortesía mientras esperas que te despachen el paquete de café, te dan un café y lo tenés que tomar en la vereda Parado y que estás en la calle incómodo y no sé disfruta el café Entonces si me van a atender que sea bien Que pueda estar adentro sentada esperando Ya que soy una clienta como cualquier otra y consumo y vaya si lo hago Llevo un kilo de café! Creo que es un consumo importante No me parece bien eso de que te hagan esperar afuera mientras te muelen el café Ya que si llueve o el clima no está agradable No está bueno estar parado afuera esperando No es un buen servicio al cliente. Y soy una clienta que compra un kilo de café cada 15 días. Tendré que cambiar de marca de café o mejorarán la atención al cliente?
