We went there last Friday for a beer and something to eat after school and service was pretty poor. We were six people only and were moved to a different table TWICE by the staff, even when we had already ordered and been served!! Even though we were the only ones there!!! After that they made a mess every time someone left and wanted to pay, although they each came with a precise order for themselves. By the end, they charged us incorrectly and we had to HEAR THE PEOPLE IN CHARGE DISCUSS WITH THE SERVER our order since they just sat at a table nearby. The beer was nice and the food was ok but I can't remember the last time I felt so disrespected as a customer even when we were super available to all of their requests. Coming back? No thanks. I'd rather buy a can in the supermarket next door and drink it...

Claramente un lugar para no ir nunca más,1 porque la cajera, camarera o lo que fuera nos invitó a no volver más a mis amigos y a mi, palabras textuales. Y 2 porque es un lugar con una empleada de cero tacto. Se sintió ofendida y a la defensiva cuando le dije que la manera en como pedía la propina era prepotente. Cuando se acercó a nuestra mesa a cobrar, directamente nos dijo: la propina la cobro con la tarjeta o aparte? Voy a varias bares y los camareros que me atendieron jamas me metieron tal presión para dejarles una propina. Como consejo, eso es peor, generan cero ganas de dejarles propina por el autoritarismo que imponen.

Mí intención era darle un feedback en cuanto a su manera de solicitar la propina pero bueno fue imposible hablar con esa persona. Para atención al cliente le falta muchísimo.

Tambien me hacen creer que el dueño debe explotarlas para tal exigencia autoritaria al momento de solicitar...
