Whoopies — Restaurant in Autonomous City of Buenos Aires

Been here over a year ago before the new owner's took over and i would like to say for my first review that everything changed for the better the food was great the service was great 10/10 everything is just so much brighter and feels more alive i left feeling i got my money's worth and a full belly Went back the next day just after bening at a other restaurant just to get some cupcakes

It's no longer a grey dim, sucking the life out of you restaurant, now its a new fresh bright colorful place to take your girlfriend. any American looking for something good to eat really consider going here you will be greeted with great vibes

Looks nice, but unfortunately it wasn't very good; the staff attitude is not very friendly or welcoming. Despite being the only people there for the first part of the visit, the food was slow to arrive. To be honest, the pastry items looked amazing but we just arrived in BA and needed food. We order a salad and the wok noodles. The salad had large uncut pieces of lettuce with a flavorless dressing, a few pieces of chicken and a sliver or two of avocado. The other item had no taste at all.
