How you like waiting...

The pizza was okay. The empanada was alright. The part that wasn't so great was the two and a half to three hour wait for one pizza and one empanada. At about the one and a half to two hour mark, the waiter realized we hadn't gotten our food. He checked and more or less said "we're on it." It wasn't too much longer that he told us they accidentally burned our pizza, so they were making us a new one. Okay... great... not too long after, maybe 20 minutes, the pizza comes, but no empanada. One empanada took them another 20-30 minutes.

Listen... I know not everybody had this experience, but it really just shouldn't happen. The service from the waiters was fine. They were friendly and polite. But the food didn't warrant that wait. Honestly, it wouldn't warrant a 45 minute wait in my opinion. We didn't have a bad time, but company is what made the difference here. Hope you have a better...

The food was average, and even COLD! It took 30 min of wait, and the drinks were 10 min MORE than that. The service was awful, the waitress gave half the information. Misleading prices and information, the menu says one thing but they charge you a different total, the charts outside are the same story, they say one thing but then they charge you something else. I complained to the cashier and she was the rudest girl ever, she refused to solve my problem and not only demanded me to pay the total but also blamed it all on the waitress and told me that she didn't make the rules. Extremely impolite, I recommend you eat someplace else if you want to have a nice experience. I...

Llegamos al local con alta expectativa y la verdad nos fuimos un poco decepcionados 😞 (no se si será nuestra mala suerte o que) Llegando al local los garzones muy simpáticos nos acogieron muy bien, queríamos sentarnos en la terraza pero en ese momento estaba llena, así que nos sentamos en el patio (estaba un poco helado) Luego cuando se desocuparon mesas arriba, le pedimos a la muchacha si nos podíamos cambiar a lo que responde no se puede porque están reservadas (no le creí mucho) por lo cual le fui a pedir a uno de los otros muchachos y ellos muy amables fueron a revisar y me dijeron si obvio, te preparo esta mesa? Luego las pizzas llegaron y al rato ya estaban frías… algunas sabrosas, otras no tanto. Pedimos una “promo” que te traían 5 pizzas supuestamente la promo era para 4 personas y la verdad no conviene para nada, ya que las 5 pizzas costaban poco más de 8mil pesos argentinos y si pedíamos por 4 porciones salían poco más de 2mil pesos argentinos y esas 4 porciones hacían por lo menos 3 pizzas de las pequeñas, claramente sale más barato pedir por trozos que esa “promo” no imaginamos que eran tan pequeñas. El lugar muy bello y acogedor, pero lamentablemente nos tocaron situaciones extrañas y no muy agradables. Moraleja, averigüen bien, observen los otros platos y pregunten todo para que no se encuentren...
