We came for the good reviews but we were left highly disappointed.
We ordered 2 Iced lattes, and after repeating it to the server multiple times, we were brought hot lattes. We reminded her we ordered Iced lattes and she went and brought the hot lattes back and tried to just put them in a new glass and throw ice on it. Anyone who does this, has no respect for coffee. Everyone knows you don't do that, and even someone with little to no coffee experience can taste that you did that. It tasted horrible and like water, as you can't make a hot drink and simply put it on ice, it's a different process to make a Iced drink.
We sent it back again and told them we know they just put the hot drink on ice and it tasted like water. They got defensive now and a little rude and finally after about a 45 minute wait and 3 attempts. We got a simple drink anyone can make, a Iced latte.
It was still bad, very little coffee taste, and not made well at all. One of the worst we have had in Argentina and at the same time one of the more expensive ones.
They have a lot of coffee options, if your coming just to buy that, it's expensive, but a lot of options to buy and bring home, but I don't recommend getting a drink here. They have no care or respect for coffee and it shows in the flavor and quality of their drinks.
Their response is that they don't serve Iced Coffee, but any true coffee shop can make it. No coffee shop has had a issue doing it for us, except this one. They have ice and offer Iced beverages.
And why did they agree to charge us for Iced lattes when we ordered initially, but then tell us after messing our order up that they now magically can't make these drinks even though they agreed when we ordered and charged us happily?...
Read moreHave you ever heard the phrase..."location , location, Location?" Well this place is nothing about that. There is not a good view, always hard to find a parking space and not big either. But, if you are in Bariloche, odds are you will not find a better coffee around. They make their brands, toast it, they play with coffee knowledgeably (that word does not exist but you understand it) and the results are always amazing. Creamier coffee out there by far. The rest, does not go out of tune and is pretty much standard. Pastries and cakes are all very much alike In Barloche, so dont expect much on those items. Staff are friendly, they know their game and the place is always busy and buzzing with people and good energy. I find it to be always a...
