Inefable — Restaurant in Municipio de San Carlos de Bariloche

First of all this is a vegetarian/vegan place. So no meat at all. I just visited Inefable, and I must say the experience was quite positive. The coffee they serve is delicious, and there’s nothing like enjoying a great cup of coffee while taking in the spectacular view of the lake. Additionally, they have good WiFi, making it an ideal spot to work or simply relax. I ordered the toston with egg and avocado. Although it arrived cold at the table, the flavor was fantastic and well-balanced. The sourdough bread they use is exceptional, with that characteristic taste that really stands out. Prices are a bit on the high side. Toston only was $14000 pesos (let’s say 12 dollars) and flat white $4900 (4 dollars aprox). They were missing a few options from the menu, but what I tried left me very satisfied. The background music was also a plus; it creates the perfect atmosphere to enjoy breakfast in a place with a privileged view. I visited their new location at Spain 507, and I must mention that the service from the waiter was excellent—always friendly and attentive. Beautiful and peaceful place to just hang out. There's a library when you enter, and the books are for sale. You can go to the balcony, but there's plenty of windows for you to enjoy the sun directly. I had a Moka, a Sourdough Toast with avocado, tomato, cream cheese, and scrambled eggs. After that, I ordered a Masala Chai tea, really good. There's a discount if you pay in cash, but they accept credit...

Fui a la mañana, a 40 min de haber abierto. Elegi Inefable porque en instagram se veia muy bonita la vista y la biblioteca. Para encontrar la puerta de entrada tuve que adivinar, el lugar parece semi abandonado, hay cosas arrumbadas por doquier y el lugar parece que se cae a pedazos. Ya estaba ahi, hice tripas corazon y entré. Adentro habia solo una persona atendiendo, y el area que promocionan tenia las sillas arriba de las mesas, con lo cual no me quedo otra que sentarme en una mesa con sillas desvencijadas que encontre en el subsuelo. La vista daba hacia parte del lago y mas sillas arrumbadas en el patio de afuera. A los 5 min me toman el pedido y una chica de limpieza empieza a barrer todo el local y mover sillas haciendo un ruido y levantando un polvo horrendo que se depositaba sobre todo el desayuno y mi cabeza. Cuando me estaba retirando me acerque a ver la coleccion de la biblioteca y como si fuera poco, de TODA la coleccion de solapas, resaltaba un libro que estaba puesto de frente como diciendo "agarrame". Vi la tapa y era del verso de Santiago Maldonado, asi que ahi me di cuenta la mente del dueño queriendo hacer propaganda politica barata. Ya esta, me cerro todo, un bar...
