Dublin South Pub — Restaurant in San Martín de los Andes

This is a nice bar, prices were high but that's par for the course in Patagonia. We had a good server, but our food took FOREVER. Thankfully she communicated with us and got us an app since the mains were taking so long, but then they charged us for the appetizer that we only ordered because after and hour and a half our food never arrived and we were hungry. We demolished the appetizer and we're barely hungry when our mediocre food arrived. I had the trout whici I was very excited for being in fly fishing country, but it was only okay. If you've just got into town and you haven't got your bearings yet, Dublin is the best place to start. It's as pricey as you'd expect from a main avenue bar in an Argentine Hiking/Ski resort.

Pros: Heated floor on ground floor patio. Very clean bathrooms. It's versatile: you can enjoy coffee and a croissant here for breakfast, a hamburger and a beer for lunch, or wine and steak/fish for dinner with some drinks afterwards. The food is pretty OK. WiFi worked well for me.

It's really not Irish, don't be fooled. The place is fine for a drink and some food, but as with most places around here its overpriced.

I ordered a vegan burger with roasted vegetables, its really great they offer some vegan food, but it was just a patty not a burger as you can see in the photo. The roasted vegetables were nice but you don't get a lot.
