We quite liked this place. We loved the eggplant rolls with walnuts. We ate here twice and ordered the rolls and the summer salad both times. The summer salad we had the first time was out of this world. We both commented over and over after every bite how good it was. We think they used a tarragon oil to marinate the tomatoes and cucumbers and lettuce and it was superb. It was still good the next time but the first time, well, I already told you :-)
We ordered the Georgian buttery bread with the egg in the middle, Adjarian Khachapuri, the first time, but unfortunately the egg was overcooked so we couldn’t stir it and make a wet sauce to dip the bread in. The bread was lovely and fresh, but we didn’t order it on our second visit.
We ordered the peach compote, the first time and the strawberry the next, I loved them… my wife found them a little sweet but simply added some water and enjoyed them as well. Both our visits included at least three dogs who seem to be part of the furniture there. Which we loved. And of course I ordered a Dilijan draft 🍺 each time which I enjoyed.
Definitely check it out if you’re...

Their speciality is ker u sus, which I highly recommend; I had the chicken ker u sus, which was is essentially like a decadent chicken pot pie filling - tender pieces of chicken, peas, and mixed veggies in a creamy sauce with lots of cheese.
The lahmajun with cheese was also some of the best I've had in the region. The only disappointment were the BBQ pork ribs, which were tough, dry, and gristly (it was mostly inedible hard fat). Maybe that's just the local style but it's not for me.
Service is good but a bit slow to get anyone's attention if you're sitting outside (totally fine if you're not in a rush). There are some pups looking longingly at your food but they're very gentle and...

I went there with my friends for dinner. The food was way too salty and very dry. One of us ordered lamb ribs and that was basically bones with a thin layer of dried meat. Although I must say, the eggplant rolls were really delicious.
But that's just the peak of the iceberg. After an hour or two we felt sick. The next day 2 out of 3 people had spent most of the night and day, either in the toilet, or suffering in bed. Really serious food poisoning for more than 48h. We had to take some antibiotics.
And funny thing. Some people eat for dessert fruits, some cultures like to eat cake or cheese. At Ker u Sus Dilijan they serve french fries. That's what I assume after getting them around half an hour after the rest of the meals.
Simply don't go there. Not worth...
