The worst service we've ever experienced.

The QR code menu was incomplete — many dishes available in the kitchen were missing from the menu. The waiters had zero knowledge about the food. We ordered a beef striploin, but instead, we received pork chops. When we asked to replace the dish, the waiter insisted it was beef, not pork.

That was strange, because anyone who eats meat can easily tell the difference between pork and beef. I asked the waiter to bring someone else to try and confirm. Then the restaurant’s founder came to our table with the same plate and aggressively tried to convince us it was beef. I kindly asked her to try it herself before making such claims. She replied that she’s vegan or vegetarian and doesn't eat meat — yet she kept insisting it was beef and that they wouldn’t remove it from the bill.

I kindly told her that I had no issue paying, but asked that someone else try the dish to confirm, because I didn’t want to be treated like an idiot or liar. It was a matter of principle for me.

She then called her husband (also vegan/vegetarian 😄) and finally an honest staff member, who agreed to taste the meat. After trying it, he confirmed that it was indeed pork.

However, the founder began yelling at the honest staff member, saying she didn’t believe him and that it was beef. She returned to our table and told us never to come back.

I strongly advise avoiding this restaurant if you don’t want to deal with aggression and a delusional founder.

Large restaurant with ample indoor & outdoor dining areas, including large courtyard and kids’ play area(trampoline etc).

Indoors clean rustic decor, lovely tiled floor, olde world charm. Food was really delicious. We ordered pork ribs (bbq flavour), perfect. Kids messy and happy! We ordered baked potato , very good esp the sauces with it. The cheese & local mushroom skillet was aromatic. The clayoit with lamb and dried yoghurt /wild mint was delicious, a bit too rich , the lamb was succulent. The chicken khorovatz (bilberry sauce) had a delicious sauce with its bread& tarragon, chicken was a little dry. Wine was perfect , by the glass. Both red & white.

We waited to long for server to get our order then I went and asked for someone. They bring my order after other people who came way later than us. My salad was bowl of dry bread sprinkled with cheese and herbs and no dressing at all. My chicken burger was not chewable hardly ate half. My husbands salad was good and short ribs was on dry side and not enough sauce. When we done and want to pay again wait to someone to come over so we can pay and not come back there again. Several employees are coming and going doing other things but nobody paying attention to us. I had to go ask again if someone going to bring the bill. Overall We had very bad experience...
